Q- Can I use any web host company I like?
A- Yes, only your web host must allow PHP, an MYSQL Database and have send mail function on.

Q- How do I find that out?
A- You can ask your web host or send me who your web host is and I can check. It is usually posted on their plan lists.

Q- How can you do it so cheap?
A- It is a simple script and there is really not much involved. You will write up what you would like and I will place it in the script. I am not creating a wesite or content here, only adding an autoresponder script with the content you provide.

Q- Other scripts don't require someone to install it?
A- The scripts hosted by other companies cost a lot more. You are paying for their hosting. If that is what you need, something can be arranged. Others are a generic script that don't allow you to add the content you want and they place their ads in the script, this autoresponder lets you choose what you want to display wiht no additional ads from us.

Q- I can't Customize the Free Script.
A- No, the code can not be edited. The purchased version of the script allows for more lines in the autoresponder, 11 plus the subject line, and the code is visible. The readme for the purchased version gives an example.

Q- Are there any addional fees?
A- No additionall fees for the autoresponder. Once installed it is yours. Webhosting and domain names you purchase will be additional charges based on how you purchased those services.

Q- How do you install it?
A- You allow me access in and I will install everything and test it in one afternoon.

Q- How can I trust you with access to my web site?
A- I will give you references you can contact of some of my other clients who have all received 100% satisfaction.

Q- I still want to install it myself?
A- Then purchase the version available for download.

Q- Can you create a whole website?
A- I can. The price is based on size, looks, custom graphics and/or logo and the type of pages you will need. I can create a site that will allow you to update content on your own, so as long as the layout and design stay the same, you can keep it up to date without me having to go in and update it.

It can be as simple as one page with the autoresponder as the only feature.

Q- If you design the site for me, who owns the content?
A- Once paid and installed and running, it is yours.

Q- How do I get what I want?
A- Many ways, you tell me how you want it to look, what colors. You can even draw it on a piece of paper if you want.
